I had a fantastic stay! The location was awesome, just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to explore Kyoto and even take day trips to Nara. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and I loved having a kitchenette for our snacks. Plus, the cherry tree outside was such a lovely touch!
The laundry situation was a bit of a hassle. The machines took ages, and it was annoying when people skipped the line. having staff available only during certain hours made some things tricky. It would've been nice to have a bit more kitchenware too.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, we would recommend. The location was exceptionally nice for Kyoto, close enough to so many historical sites, Kamogawa river in central Kyoto and train station. It also was to the two nearest stations...

We had a spacious room that was perfect for our romantic escape! The kitchen was super handy, equipped with all the essentials, and the bathroom was really nice and functional. Plus, it was close enough to the train station to make getting around a breeze, and we found a lovely little bus stop only a five-minute walk away.
Our experience was tainted by confusion over extra fees that were supposed to be included in our booking—total bummer! The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from our noisy neighbors. Oh, and cleanliness was definitely lacking; the table was dusty, and the staff seemed a bit unfriendly, which didn’t help our vibe at all!

The location is convenient, 1 mile from a head shrine. The place is away from the main road and in a residential area. The rooms are well-appointed and bright, with climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven.

we had a fantastic stay at randor residential. the outdoor space was a huge advantage for our group, allowing us to enjoy some quieter moments together. our family suite was spacious and comfortable for five people. we appreciated the easy access to public transportation and really enjoyed the modern bathroom. the amenities were ample and the washer/dryer was so handy, actually getting our clothes completely dry for once.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

Location was a bit quiet.

Spacious room with decent amenities. The hot bath was great for unwinding after long days.
The kitchen cramped for cooking, forced to use the top of the washer as counter space. No midweek cleaning service leaves you managing your own mess, which gets old fast. Getting to the nearest train station takes a 10-minute walk, while hauling heavy groceries might be a hassle given the remote area. The laundry machines are often booked, and there's no easy system for managing that.

The spacious queen suite was like an apartment, providing ample space to move around. The hot bath was a perfect retreat after long days, while the rooftop offered a serene view of the tower at night. The staff were very good, assisting us with a misplaced phone. Accessing nearby amenities required some walking, and noise from the street could occasionally be heard, detracting from the experience.

Family with children friendly
The whole place, like, we arrived and the kids just ran around so free. The bathroom was like a spa-rain shower, foot wash, and even dimmable lights for ambiance. I mean, who needs home when you got a bathtub that fills up at, like, 300% speed here?
It wasn't exactly cheap. But you get what you pay for. So, yeah, worth it.

great space , but quiet area
The Beautiful Triple Room was spacious enough for our family with 4 adults. We loved the luxurious bathroom with a large spa bath. The location, while secluded, offered a safe environment for evening strolls, with a bus stop conveniently just a 5-minute walk away to access popular districts.
